FieldNDA Signing-Link SMS Program

FieldNDA sends a single transactional SMS to deliver a secure link that a designated recipient can use to review and sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement. This page explains what the program is, how consent is collected, the exact message text, and how to opt out.

What this program is

FieldNDA is a self-serve tool for founders, executives, and field teams to send and sign mutual NDAs. When a FieldNDA user prepares an NDA and chooses Send by Text Message, we deliver one SMS containing a unique, secure signing link to the recipient the sender specified.

This is a transactional program only — no marketing, no promotional messages, and no recurring campaigns.

How consent is captured (double opt-in)

Recipients do not submit their own phone number on this website. The sender (a signed-in FieldNDA account holder) enters the recipient's mobile number into the NDA form. Before FieldNDA sends any NDA signing link by text, we send a separate consent request SMS to that number and wait for the recipient to reply YES.

  1. Sender enters the recipient's number in the FieldNDA app.
  2. FieldNDA texts the recipient the consent request below.
  3. Recipient replies YES to opt in, NO to decline, or STOP to opt out.
  4. Only after we record a YES reply do we send the NDA signing-link SMS.

1. Consent request (first message)

FieldNDA would like to send you a Mutual NDA to review and sign via text. Reply YES to allow, NO to decline. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.

2. NDA signing link (sent only after recipient replies YES)

FieldNDA: {Company} has sent you a Mutual NDA for {Project} to review and sign: https://fieldnda.com/sign/xxxx. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.

Message frequency: transactional only. Typical frequency is one consent request SMS followed by one NDA signing-link SMS per NDA transaction. Additional HELP or STOP confirmations occur only when initiated by the recipient. No marketing messages, no recurring campaigns.

  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from FieldNDA SMS immediately.
  • Reply HELP or INFO for assistance, or email support@fieldnda.com.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Message frequency varies based on signing activity.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Recipient phone numbers are used solely to deliver the NDA signing link. FieldNDA does not sell phone numbers and does not share them with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are transmitted to our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) only to deliver the message.
